The hotel is quite good, very quiet, the view is very good, the facilities are a little old, but live quite comfortable, San Francisco recently smashed too much glass really do not dare to park elsewhere, or spend 80 a night to let the hotel to park, buy a peace of mind!
I like the location right next to the Embarcadero Bart/Muni station. I arrived before the 4:00 check in time and was told I would receive a text when my room was ready. I received said text at 8:52 pm. I suppose if I was not away from the hotel at 4:00 I may have been able to inquire at the front desk about the delay, Whoever was in charge of sending the notification dropped the ball.
The location was amazing. The room I had was great, spacious, and clean. They had friendly staff, beautiful lobby and an entertaining bar. Also my room had a nice view of the bay bridge. I would highly recommend to a friend.
