If you want a healthy large bowl, I like the one with salad. Cucumbers, octopus, cilantro, 2 of the magic dressings, extras and seeds. Yummy I totally recommend this place and their food 🥘. Healthy and delicious!

No corn, server doesn’t know the sauces, don’t even use a scoop for rice, legitimately gave 4 steel spoons of rice which is laughable. Fish is not fresh, frankly quite a garbage place

We enjoyed our visit to I’a Poke! The food was fresh and flavorful — especially the rice, which was absolutely delicious. However, the portion felt a bit small for a “large” bowl, and we wish there had been more rice to balance everything out.
The café itself has a cozy and modern vibe with fun wall decor and greenery, as you can see in the photo. It’s a clean and pleasant place to dine in. The restroom is located deeper inside the building, which might be slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and well-kept.
The staff were friendly and the overall experience was positive. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for Hawaiian-style poke. Just keep in mind the portion size if you’re really hungry!

We arrived to I’a Poke dehydrated and famished, but the moment I stepped through the glass doors which had the choose your own adventure option of either pushing OR pulling, I knew I was in good hands. I got a medium bowl which offered 3 proteins and unlimited toppings. I got salmon with wasabi mayo, and one of my toppings was seasoned wakame which was DELICIOUS and a topping I had never seen before at a poke shop. The portions were substantial and let me tell you I was nourished and satisfied by the end of my visit. Additionally, I enjoyed 3 cups of complimentary water.

Had such a nice lunch here today! Friendly staff, very generous portions, fresh fish, and I love that they offer *real* seaweed as a topping. I had a medium size poke bowl and an extra inari set for later, and both were delicious. Can’t wait to come back!
