Although multiple people said the service was good, it is not the case where I were there. The appetizer came quickly, but the ramen took a long time (about 20 minutes) to arrive (after we asked). The hot tea was not really hot. It’s kind of warm tea.Food is good. They have more choices than than ramen restaurants. For example, the eel ramen.There is a $5 coupon to use when you pay the bill. You need take the pad and click the $5 coupon yourself. If you wait for the server to do everything, you won’t get it.

Awesome service! I feels like a welcomed guest with friendly hospitality. The takoyaki is nicely done, soft and delicious! The miso ramen comes with flavorful tonkotshu broth, perhaps too flavorful. It is sooooooo salty to the point it is almost inedible. I ended up added my cup of water to save it. Regardless of the over seasoning, it is a solid bowl of ramen. Oh yea, the flame torched meat is a nice touch!

The type of ramen you eat quietly, because you focus on the taste. The chili isn't overbearing but punchy and fragrant, and the garlic makes it better. Eggs are perfect texture and flavor, and chashu is nice and meaty, not too fatty! Reccomend!

Amazing ramen and appetizers. I loved the Toncostu and the spring rolls. The broth has a wonderful deep flavor and the noodles are delicious. My one quam is that the meat was kinda hard to eat.

I barely was able to stop from eating this ramen to leave this review. I frequent many ramen restaurants and this one is stealing my heart! Not just cuz im an A-1 Naruto fan, but because of the quality, price and service.I love the aesthetic inside. Its simple and welcoming! The ramen itself is outstanding! The broth is rich but not heavy, the noodles are skinny and delicate, and the eggs are WELL marinated which a lot of ramen shops don't do, (tho they charge more per bowl).I definitely recommend the black garlic tonkotsu ramen. Its outstanding!Will be back again ?

The ramen is some of the best I've ever had, some places have either broth that's too oilly, ramen can be too mushy, or sometimes too bland. But this place is great, been here 7 years ago and was my first ramen experience, came here today 7 years later and it's still one of the best in the bay area.
