Cool/fun idea. Good execution. Tasty. Pretty expensive. The guy making the ice cream rolls behind the glass was working super hard, but was basically a one man assembly line, and didn’t get to engage with the customer. Didn’t seem like the best environment to work in. This location was pretty beat up, some broken/old equipment on one side, half broken bench held together with duct tape.
There’s a whole board of vegan options, though most are sorbets. Despite this, the ordering tablet only had two options so we had to inform the staff what we wanted as a ‘special request’ which was confusing.
The ice cream itself was good, but not great and very expensive.
Pretty solid ice cream place but lacks the crispy texture that rolled ice cream is usually known for. On the pricey side but all toppings are included to make up for it. Always running a skeleton crew, so expect long waits. The constant flashing multi-colored lights are a bit irritating and don't really suit an ice cream place.
