Ordered the Vegan Litacanrana with sour dough bread via uber eats. Firstly it was so nice to have a few vegan options to choose from but I do miss my old favorite non-vegan Dutch crunch bread.

The sour dough wasn’t as satisfying or crunchy as it was pretty ‘overly bread-y’ but still grateful for it being a vegan option 🤞🏼. I loved that they gave me extra vegan sauce as it was delicious but maybe it was the sourdough that was too much but I don’t think I’d order this same flavor combo again next time - nothing negative to say but that I’d probably try a different combination

Haven’t even eaten my sandwich yet but this Ike’s already earned a 1 star review. I ordered a sandwich at 5:08 pm and did not receive it until 5:38 pm. I have never seen workers move slower in my entire life. 3 workers to make 3 sandwiches but yet 1 customer left and got a refund before even receiving their sandwich. Seemed only one worker was capable of moving at a time. Even while moving they seemed to be in slow motion. Thank god I smashed the zero tip button because I can’t imagine giving more money for this piss poor service. Hope the sandwich is good.

The service was great. The guy was super thorough in checking for allergens, bringing out the sauce containers and the bread so I could read the ingredients myself. Also, if you have a student card, make sure to let them know. I got a little discount for it.

Awful Ike’s spot!! They will give you whatever they want, it doesn’t matter what you order. So many people have complained about the cashier, yet nothing has been done. She is such a nasty person

I didn’t end up completing my order when the cashier mistreated me 12/29/2024 1:50 pm. Both times I went there, the cashier Philippine looking definitely brown lady was extremely rude. I was having a good day at the mall and left feeling sad because of her. Definitely not coming back.

Great place to run for an easy dinner after class. The student discount makes it worth it and the vegan options are made upon request with ease

I love Ike’s and have visited the Santa Rosa, CA location for years. Today, I found myself in the San Francisco Stonestown Mall, hungry. I decided to get an Ike’s sandwich. A middle-aged dark hispanic female took my order, and I have to say that was the worst customer service I have ever received. She was mean and rude. She responded in a tone of voice that was highly aggressive and mad. After ordering the sandwich, I regretted not leaving mid-order. Please don’t let people like this work here ruin your company name.

Amazing quality sandwiches. Much love. Haven’t had an issue with my orders so far, but I’m not picky.
