1 I had to wait for their half-hour break to finish to enter the store2 no one mentioned to us that you don't serve the soda machine we paid for our large combo to receive a 355 ml can3 we had to beg the staff to open the store for us after their general break and all reluctantly BETTER I WOULD HAVE WALKED TWO MORE BLOCKS TO THE IN'N OUT IT'S A PAST

Due to the covid 19 this place was nicely picked up and clean. Great service and very fast on my order. I was really hungry and came from Woodland CA. Seen jack from a far and decided to get that really quick meal. Customer service was great. Thank you both off you girls..

My bf went here w/ a $20 gift card i got him (from a different jack's). Lady told him there was no money, i went in & there was a couple before, the cashier had the guy swipe his card like FIVE times before it worked. I dont think they know how to operate the equipment. ???

Same old childhood favorites and prices are good. I ordered my standard Sourdough Jack. It was delicious. Even when I let it get stone cold, it tasted great.
