I ordered delivery 1.5 hours ago. The store won’t answer the phone after 6 calls. The driver won’t answer their phone either. I’m now stuck here waiting and clueless to what’s happening. This is ridiculous. Shame.

The customer service is lacking if you have any questions or need help deciding on a drink. I'm not sure if they don't clean the blenders well or if maybe the ingredients were getting old but I contacted customer service to share my concern. They promptly emailed me back apologizing and claiming my business was important to them, that they'd like to send me a coupon for a free drink. I received a coupon for %50 off a drink and nothing more. No response to any of the several emails I sent asking about the mix up

I went last week on Wednesday and i got a acai bowl and the girl making it was mad stingy with the whole bowl. It wasn’t worth the damn near 14-13 dollars we payed, the banana was unripe, there was BARELY any granola on the bowl and ive gotten açaí bowls there before and honestly this one was by far the Worst one. Maybe it was the girl who made it, but wouldn’t waste my money on something that’s not well made.

I just bought a megaMango jamba and it tastes like a bad orange and cuts off the mango flavor. The taste was unpleasant, I do not recommend it!
It’s Jamba Time! The Electric Berry Lemonade looks very cool. The Blue Spirulina is now my favorite anti-oxidant. It’s always nice to see bright colors on my food palette.

I buy Purely orange regularly from this store but their machine is not cleaned as supposed to be . Always delayed up 5 minutes due to forcing orange juice through clogged outlets which which are supposed to be cleaned before.

Said the fresh orange juice machine was "broken" I know that means they cleaned it early and don't want to clean it again! I went 1 and a half hours before they closed that's too early to be cleaning it!
