My peanut butter mood had no peanut butter. I brought it back to be re made the girl in the back put the entire smoothing back into a blender to add the peanut butter to re-blend. When I asked her to remake it because after another blend it will be a juice at that point because it was ALREADY runny to begin with she just turned around with a look on her face to remake it. I worked for Jamba Juice for over 10 years in my youth never in my career there have I ever seen someone or even be allowed to re blend a drink that has been sipped on... The register girl Sierra great customer service she was very nice asked if I wanted a free boost she deserves a praise!

Painfully slow service, even when online ordering for pickup with time estimates being completely off, despite appearing to be well staffed.Expensive, but delicious and healthy. Worth downloading the app for some discounts. Asking for a pre-tip before receiving the order makes it not worth it to tip early.Friendly staff and service.
It’s a classic favorite. Almost all there drinks are slushes and are amazing! What else more is there to say? The best drinks by far are the “Mango a Go Go” and the “Caribbean Passion”. It’s also very healthy w/ all fresh ingredients, and they’ll add vitamins to it if you would like!
In the last week I tried to buy in three different stores "Peanut butter Mood", even this store didn't have it either because they were out of Peanut Butter. Seriously? Not having Peanut Butter???? I was a super fan, but I'm giving up on being a customer.

BEWARE OF THE “ORDINANCE” charge. They charge you for plastic cups and straws. It was and extra .54 for two drinks. There is no option to opt out. I’ve never seen this anywhere before in my life.
