Staff (specifically the older man) would rather berate a young unhoused lady and treat her like she's not human for dropping crumbs off her blueberry muffin then take the time to call a shelter for her (which took five minutes). Don't work in a coffee shop if you don't want to deal with the public. Ew.

A big disappointment! Food is substantially overpriced even compares to SF, and the portions are small. Service is not pleasant, almost feel like you they being bothered - no smile, no welcome just feel weird. On top of that they play a very loud oriental music that makes it impossible to concentrate, or work. I’ll find myself a better place next time.

This place is soooo pretty!! The birdies chirping really adds to the atmosphere. I got a Lox Bagel which btw for SF is pretty affordable. My local spot sells it for 15.99 while this place has it for 13.99 if I remember correctly. It is packed with the freshest ingredients😋😋 I just really enjoyed it. ALSO PLEASE get what is called the Dirty Chai Latte. One of the workers explained to me that what made it different was the espresso added and woah soooo amazing. Get it with Oat milk🤌 Random comment but in their fridges they have soo many different rootbeers. I love rootbeer, but I came from the gym so I didn't get it lol. However I'm sure any rootbeer connoisseur would be very pleased!!

I come here almost every morning!🌸 best coffee I’ve came across in San Francisco. Food is awesome and they are fast even if they are busy. The atmosphere makes you want to sit in there all day

Love this cafe but don't come here for the wifi. 2.06 MBps download speeds and 1.86 upload speeds, you'd be better just hot spotting from your phone. If you come here for the atmosphere, food and service, you're in luck!

I thought I did a review when I was in San Francisco last time, but Jovon Ocean is such a lovely place to unwind and just relax have some great coffee. The coffee mochas are the best here and I’m having a pumpkin carrot chip muffin and it’s so great.

Drinks are awesome, but $14 for a breakfast burrito that is nothing but scrambled eggs, unmelted cheese, and a dry tortilla is crazy.
I've had the chicken walnut wrap every day this week, it's really good! Love the vibe in here. Plenty of seating and outlets, tasteful greenery and art, and a tweeting bird.
