They use fresh fruit (usually cantaloupe and strawberries) whereas some other Chinese bakeries used canned fruit. The cake is always spongy and light, while the frosting isn’t never too sweet. Great for a classic Chinese birthday cake.

Yum and good price
Found this place and picked up a fruit cake. Really enjoyed it. Cake was light and not too sweet. Fruit was fresh and looks like you can custom order a variety of combinations. Bakery selection was not huge, but looks good. Will be coming back for the cake!
