The matcha latte is delicious and the cafe ambience is luxurious! The staff was so kind, too! You can take a rest here with a nice atmosphere!

DoorDash my order for pick up. Came in and told him my name. Food sat there for some reason they kept remaking the drink. drink was just sitting there. Wait about half an hour in order to get my drink from order to start. Highly advised go to some other spot.

Just now ordered a Joe's identity and they handed me iced cucumber juice. There's absolutely no integrity in this shady establishment. If you're in the neighborhood and want green juice, go across the street to Reveille. At least they put the ingredients they advertise in their juices.

Had a stop with husband and daughter to enjoy mid day break, we usually have green tea with a tint of honey. I was disappointed there were no honey at request. I hope they will have honey in future which goes wonderful with green tea.

Buyer beware when you use the antiquated POS machine for payment the gratuity is populated $8.78 and if you hit enter you can not undo the mistake!!!!! Make sure you don't hit enter!!! Especially if you have already put a cash tip in the can!!!! 2 mediocre sandwiches with old tomatoes, cold panini bread. When you order a drip coffee it doesn't exist. you will receive a watered down Americano from a machine. Go across the street to Cafe Reville for GREAT coffee, it is hot and made to order!!! The Handicap entrance is on a slope, the door closes quickly for a person using a wheel chair to get up the incline. Total lunch 2 sandwiches and bad coffee $46.99. The manager was not able to give back the tip charged to my credit card.

My wife and I stopped in here on Sept. 15. We had gone to the Giants game and were trying to find our way back to the BART. We stopped as we had to find a bathroom. Figuring we were going to have to buy something to use the washroom... we didn't care, had to go. The lady behind the counter was so nice and inviting. she assured us that we were not required to make a purchase, but because she was so nice, that we ended up buying a couple smoothies. They tasted great. Please expand this franchise into Canada.

I had previously purchased some loyalty cards in the past, and they wouldn’t accept them at the Mission Bay Location. The lady at the store was also extremely rude and condescending towards me. I told her I had paid for these cards, and she said she had to call a manager to verify it. And at the end I had to end up paying for the food again.
I’m utterly disappointed when a purchase I had made in the past is not being honored.

Place doesn’t accept cash despite San Francisco having a law that all brick and mortar businesses must take cash. You are not exempt from the law. Staff has no issue with cash tips though. Took my money across the a street to Cafe Reveille.

The worst JOE & THE JUICE EVER i ordered Tuna with avocado and no jalapeño and I got the opposite no avocado and filled with jalapeños I had to throw away because I am allergic to it. Plus, I order throw the app to pick up on time and they were late. DON’T go there worst restaurant and staff ever.

Very quiet place, relaxing atmosphere for a quality and balanced breakfast. But you can also be tempted by some debris.

Really dusty ambiance. The hiring manager girl with curly hair who does training is very rude. She would say things to a long straight haired co-worker awkwardly trying to do her job in peace such as "I can't wait to fire her" meanwhile I would be sneezing from my sinus swelling disease & dust allergies doing training on a laptop I would be asked to bring from home. I got fired during domestic abuse where my ex boyfriend knowingly pressed on my already fractured nose before enduring multiple bone reconstructions on my face in the following years. My phone ended up breaking during homelessness as the Homeless outreach team of San Francisco did not pick me up or answer my calls pleading for refuge from domestic abuse. I didn't receive any emails from H.R. informing me that the training position would result in me being dropped (as he had stolen all of my underwear & clothing to hide my private parts & this is a public establishment where there are children present congregating about the surrounding streets & sidewalks) I was simply informed that I was terminated after I got my phone back in service via voicemail. The woman doing the training is very bitter about her job, she complains about people wanting to buy meager slices of this frozen bread from Denmark as if the frozen intestinal clogging organ failure devoid of any nutrients are really the most inconvenient request to contact higher management about despite the irony of the fresh fruit & cucumbers put on display while micro plastics in the mercury laden cheap tuna ending up in human testicles is the least mortifying aspect within this dystopian hellscape. I frankly couldn't wait to suffocate myself with a 70% THC 30% cbd cartridge burned at 2.7 volts in the bathroom or walking home down the street making sure I inhale some air to dissipate the burning choking sensation filled completely in my lungs whilst feeling a wind current swirl down my bitter throat. Humiliated making sure the mask covering my face diffused a shroud of smoke hiding the rest of my scarred skeletal structure facial identity. I hadn't drank any of the juices & quite frankly I'm glad I didn't ingest those low vibrational sound frequencies in the water content of that, I hear those negative sound vibrations kill plants & make snow flakes asymmetrical. ?????️⚕️?️ 06/2022

Drinks are good a little pricey but for what you get I think it’s worth it. healthiest drinks in the city for sure. A little loud at these places due to the machines but they have good vibes most of the time. I usually get the Joes identity but for a first timer this one may be a little extreme. The carrot cake was ok, the icing had potential but the cake itself tasted undercooked instead of moist.
Locations all over the city check em out!
