I ordered a cleanse from the Brooklyn store this morning and still haven't received it. I've called the store many times and no one has answered. I've called two other stores, one of which offered to help but then stopped answering my calls. I can't request a refund through your app because it won't allow me to.
Walked to the store and the employees were so dismissive and unhelpful. Horrible experience.
