One of the very best sandwich spots in SF, with a super kind owner to boot! Nice selection of snacks and canned/bottled drinks if you’re headed to Dolores Park.

Really, really great sandwiches, indoor and out door seating, lots of snack options, and an impressive wine selection. Peter is great, super nice, and extremely engaging. Just a charming and delicious neighborhood fixture!

We woke up a little late for most bagel spots but were super happy to have discovered this spot. Enjoyed great bacon and cream cheese bagels and iced coffees at one of the three indoor tables, before grabbing some tall cans to-go for our Dolores Park hang. The friendly service and conversation were also appreciated. Probably the nicest bodega guy ever. ?

One of the best sandwiches I had. I got the chicken BLT with sourdough and had it faster than I could take a picture. Had it this morning and am still thinking about it.

Amazing sandwiches with quality ingredients and great service. The salami in my Italian sandwich was especially good, not the usual processed stuff. I recommend getting all of the toppings (minus the peppers and pickles if you want to taste more of the meats and cheeses), they make the sandwiches flavorful. Fancy sandwiches are generally $13-$15, and bottled drinks are $3ish. There are a few tables inside and some by their parklet.
Dietary restrictions: All sandwiches are made fresh so you can ask for ingredients to be omitted. The sandwich prep area is somewhat small so minor contamination is likely, especially with gluten.
Parking: Street parking along Guerrero, you might have to circle 2 blocks but you should be able to find parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two steps to get inside, but the owner is kind and should be able to do curbside service if you ask/call. The Bodega has a sidewalk-level parklet you can eat at.

One of the few places in the city you can get a quality bagel after 3pm! Really good prices too. Check it out.

We found Jump Start when we were in town for the week. Great place! Peter made my coffee perfectly and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious! Service was excellent and the staff were so kind. Would give 10 stars if I could!
Best bodega ever! Love living so close to this place. Fully stocked with drinks, snacks, coffee, pastries and groceries/cooking essentials, plus the owners are awesome. Sandwiches are amazing too!
I adore this bodega. They are the kindest to their customers, I always feel like family walking in. No matter how long it's been since my last visit. If you want a sandwich or breakfast sandwich I'd highly recommend stopping here. They have vegan and vegetarian options too!
One of my favorite places for breakfast, coffee, and sandwiches. The staff is amazing, the place is clean and everyone there is friendly.
