Worst food I’ve had in the past few years who’s is why it deserves a review. Cute shop, nice to have an ordering kiosk. I dunno who did the recipes today but everyone was both bland and wrong. No flavor except maybe spicy. Mango lassi was premade out of a fridge, needed to be remixed. Half frozen on the bottom. Warmed it up with my palms and by that time the paper straw was wilted. Definitely wasn’t fresh. Naan and masala dip —got small piece of basically pita bread with a soupy orange sauce. Like the watered down actual sauce by 4:1.
Never again. Whatever standards this place once had they’re gone. Chef’s first day? Who knows. Hard pass tho.

My favorite Naan Kati rolls in San Francisco. Their chicken tikka masala as a protein inside the rolls is highly recommended when you order Naan Kati rolls. The meat is so tender, juicy and well cooked. Their hot and super hot sauces are top notch and hit the spice to a next level. I order their rolls at least once a week and their customer service is incredible. As of today, they were a little late to finish up my order and I was totally fine with it and they gave me a complimentary samosa and a mango lassi on the house. Mango lassi is quite unique and not too sweet, totally loved it. One of my favorite spots in town!

I ordered delivery for my office of 50 people.. and I did it very short notice on the morning of the day I needed it for lunch. The person I spoke to on the phone (( think Ayen?) was cool as a cucumber when I called panicked with my request. She also then helped me put together the right amount of food and choices. The response was so fast and the founder Anamika also chimed in to wish us well and to answer any questions.
The food:
Our food arrived on time, hot, and DELICIOUS. Also, having a paper with all the items ingredients and allergen/diet restricion info was SO helpful! As a planner for large groups I often find myself having to scramble to write post-its for everything. We had the kati rolls, pakora, and samosas. When my group finished the last session of their entire week of sessions, they were tired and hungry. The looks on their faces were the best. They devoured it all and it was so good. The meats were unbelievably tender. I had to stop myself from eating too many spinach pakora because they are addictive. The samosas were flaky yet moist - yummy dough and comforting inside.
This was the final meal of a week of long days and lots of food and I had a reputation to uphold..lol. I succeeded and this will now be on my regular event food list. Thank you for saving my day Team Kasa!
