At one point in time, this was my favorite KFC location to visit. Now, it’s the worst one for me; it never fails, my order will always be incorrect. I ordered four whole proteins today; arrived home, I received a so called four piece meal. I use to work at KFC and a four piece meal has a breast, wing, thigh, and leg. Today, I received two thighs, one wing, and a leg. Food is not as good as before. I understand there is a new manager now; he/she is not doing a great job. Ohhhh….dint try calling because no one will answer the phone. I’m done!! I will go to the KFC in Geneva for now and on.

Almost half the time I come here this place either gets it right or wrong. Tonight they got my simple order wrong. It wasn’t busy at first when I walked in. This happened around 7 pm, 03/23/24. I ordered a 12-piece chicken but noticed when I got home that I only received 9 pieces, I was SHORTED 3 WHOLE PIECES. Not to mention I also had to wait a little over 20 minutes, and the place had just one guy in front of me. The WORK STAFF including the supervisor started SLACKING, CHIT-CHATTING, LOSING PACE, AND TRACK OF TIME, and paying more attention to their life stories and NOT FOCUSING ON THEIR JOB. Time flies by, the orders start to stack up, and a line of 12-15 people starts to build quickly within a few minutes. NOW EVERYBODY IS JUST WAITING. Maybe the business owner should watch the recorded videos of how their employees work at times. The only good side was at least the chicken still tasted good.

OkThe kindest smiling young man with the name Erjuan. I watched him before I was lucky enough for him to wait on me.He was buoyant and kind to the person before me and did not hiccup with me. Even bumped a fist with me, am old bald guy, when I correctly pronounced his name.As I waited mist the other staff were stressed, grumpy but all were doing their best. Erjuan's smile and cool kindnesses to everyone made my visit extremely worthwhile. The good, eh. Was taco bell... Was fine.People who spread kindness like Erjuan I the face of and in spite of and probably never considered any reason really, except to be kind. To be himself. He deserves 5 stars and my thank you.

I come here once a week for lunch, as I work in the area. This place is always clean (except the bathroom), the staff are always polite and friendly, and the food is always hot. Even the kid at the register is always professional and polite. I believe in not just complaining but telling folks when they are doing great, and the people here are doing their jobs very well!

Made a mistake on order my order… had to go back and let them know.. not only was there missing items… I got over charged as welll… they compensate my order by giving me an extra drink and 1 order of chicken which still didn’t really made up for the troubles.

Today, I ordered the little 8 spicy wings for $5 and the Taco Bell cheese fries. For one, those little chicken wings did not look like the wings I've gotten from any other location. They were smaller, they didn't have enough breading on them, and they were oily on the inside. I couldn't eat more than 2. My mouth felt disgusting biting into those wings!But that wasn't even the worst part. When I got my food and walked to my car, I thought I had parked next to a dead animal. The whole time I'm driving home I kept smelling something that smelled like a dead animal. When I got home and gave up on the wings, I went to go bite into one of the nacho fries, a pungent odor hit my nose, and when I sniffed the nacho fries, they smelled like rotting roadkill!!!!!!!! Straight into the trash OUTSIDE. Don't want that odor in here!!!!The customer service here was good. But oh my goodness... I don't know what's going on in that kitchen because after today I'm not coming back!! What ON EARTH is going on back there for nacho fries to smell like that??????? I'm crossing my fingers and hope I don't get food poisoning right now. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!
Got a huge crush of people right ahead of me and the manager jumped on the register while simultaneously directing people who were cooking and cleaning while still being friendly and personal. Whole place seems to run like a well oiled machine.

Came here for lunch and my husband was craving fried chicken so we came here. Food portions could be more but they aren't . For obvious reasons. Which is disappointing. It's clean and well lit. But as for service I give it 2 stars . They need to change their unprofessional ghetto Ass behavior before they lose more business . Overall Popeyes chicken tastes alot better than here . See ya .
