I have been coming to KitTea for quite some time. Staff is always friendly and I always have a wonderful time with the cats. While I love their permanent cats very much, and have also seen many sweet adoptable cats find homes quickly, I was moved to write this review because seeing several shy cats got adopted recently.
I remember how timid these cats were when they first arrived. I’ve witnessed firsthand how patiently KitTea team works with them—taking the time and care needed to help them trust humans. Whether it takes months or even years, KitTea never gives up on them. Because of KitTea, these cats are finally seen and find their forever homes. This makes me appreciate KitTea’s existence all the more.

Such a fun Cate Cafe! We did the 55 minute session and it sent by so fast. The staff were outstanding and the amount of cats was perfect! If you are ever in San Francisco, a must do establishment while you are in town.

Wonderful experience at kit tea cat lounge, staff are incredible friendly and explain everything in depth so you are left without any questions. All the kitties are perfect little angles even the ones with the hot pepper collar ( signaling they are spicy). The permanent resident kitty’s are my favorite they are just so sweet and calm definitely perfect to sit and chill with them if you need to unwind. Make sure you are kind and gentle with all the fur babies and you will have no problems. Will definitely stop by every time I’m in the city. Remember adopt don’t shop!!

This place was fun! I really enjoyed how chill this place was but there were a few things that they could improve. First of all I know this is not their fault but some of the cats were very tired and when I came in not many of the cats seemed like they wanted to hang out with you I believe this is because we visited at about 4 o’clock and they must’ve been tired by then. I do suggest getting a reservation online as they can be full sometimes and when you buy the general admission they will offer you a drink of your choice and they had good selection. Another problem I faced here was the smell. There was a bit of an unpleasant aroma but you will get used to it after a while. Overall this place was really fun, they have adoptable cats and cool toys you can use to play with them. I would come back.

It’s was really a great experience for me and my family. The cats are really cute! The staff were helpful and friendly. We are looking to adopt a cat from here. They have complementary drinks. I loved this place it was a good experience.

Wonderful cafe that I’ve visited for years. I’m always impressed by the caring staff and the quality of life the cats are given.
I adopted a bonded pair from them a little over a year ago and am so happy with them. The process was straightforward with lots of documentation. I appreciated how many questions they asked me to ensure the kitties were going to a safe and happy home. It shows how much they actually care about the cats.
