This place is awesome!
It’s was really a great experience for me and my family. The cats are really cute! The staff were helpful and friendly. We are looking to adopt a cat from here. They have complementary drinks. I loved this place it was a good experience.
Wonderful cafe that I’ve visited for years. I’m always impressed by the caring staff and the quality of life the cats are given.
I adopted a bonded pair from them a little over a year ago and am so happy with them. The process was straightforward with lots of documentation. I appreciated how many questions they asked me to ensure the kitties were going to a safe and happy home. It shows how much they actually care about the cats.
Great cafe!
They didn't let us in, they said that my daughter was too small. My daughter is crying, I'm very upset, I put one star
Fun place! There are a lot of cats, and they warm up to guests pretty quickly. The staff is very knowledgeable and loves talking about the different cats. It's a relaxed atmosphere.
Awesome
Time with the kittys. They don’t sit with you though 😔
The cats are well socialized and adorable. One of them even jumped on my lap and settled for a cuddle when I sat down. 1 hour flies by fast before you realize it!
Although it would be better if they had wood/tile flooring instead of just concrete, given the guests need to take their shoes off, it’s not comfortable to walk on concrete floors.
KitTea Cat Cafe has rescued numerous kitties from perilous outdoor environments. Each kitty possesses its own uniqueness. I adore them all. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and kind. My favorite kitties are Ki Ki and Lu Lu, whom I cherish. I wish I could adopt them, but I already have three cats, and my two senior cats tend to be quite jealous of other felines.
The cats were sleepy but it was still a lot of fun! Sweet and cute! Would go again!
Although we were only in San Francisco for a day and a half, my son insisted we visit some cats. The cats were very friendly and playful. The space was clean, and smelled good. The cost was a little more than I expected, but the free drink was nice!

Very cute space, cats seem happy and well taken care of.
I love this place so much hanging chair and it is so gorgeous inside. If they had more drink options it would be a 5 star. Love it there.
We happen to be in San Francisco and my daughter really wanted to go to a cat cafe. We decided to check this place out. It's located in the mission District, which is an extremely busy and popular area of San Francisco. If you're driving, be prepared to take a while to find parking. The place is cute and clean. You get a free complimentary drink/ hot tea when you're done. They have a lot of cats. It's very popular and typically there is a weight. We were able to get right in. I think that this place is reasonably priced as well. They have adoptable cats And a cute little gift shop area as well.
This place is a great cat cafe. Quality airflow keeps it smelling good and they use litter box robots that auto clean after each use and trap the waste. They have adorable cats ? ?⬛ of all ages. They have a cat there that’s one of the biggest cats I’ve seen in person. They have Sonos speakers playing nice music. They have an egg chair hanging from the ceiling which is fun to sit and rotate or swing while watching the cats run around and chase the toys. The restroom has quality soap, paper products and a heated seat bidet. 10/10 will return
Very friendly and courteous staff. All kinds of cats tp visit and bond with. A great atmosphere.
