I have been coming to KitTea for quite some time. Staff is always friendly and I always have a wonderful time with the cats. While I love their permanent cats very much, and have also seen many sweet adoptable cats find homes quickly, I was moved to write this review because seeing several shy cats got adopted recently.

Such a fun Cate Cafe! We did the 55 minute session and it sent by so fast. The staff were outstanding and the amount of cats was perfect! If you are ever in San Francisco, a must do establishment while you are in town.

Wonderful experience at kit tea cat lounge, staff are incredible friendly and explain everything in depth so you are left without any questions. All the kitties are perfect little angles even the ones with the hot pepper collar ( signaling they are spicy). The permanent resident kitty’s are my favorite they are just so sweet and calm definitely perfect to sit and chill with them if you need to unwind.
