Wish I had checked reviews. The menu photo looked good for my veg teriyaki bowl, but the protein patty arrived burnt and blackened. Not much food overall for the price. The Peruvian truck nearby was much better.

The food here is absolutely disgusting! I ordered a beef rice bowl and the rice was soggy, with only three pathetic little pieces of beef the size of a finger. They drowned my rice in kimchi sauce that was unbearably sour. I’ve never seen a place this awful, and it’s even more expensive than other branches. From what I can tell, people only come here because their company gives them meal tickets — otherwise no one in their right mind should ever eat here!
Finally they are reopen the food truck.... everything is taste very well....their buffalo wings is awesome

Service is getting slower, and the last two times, the meat was absolutely unchewable. The meat has flavor, but it’s gross to eat.

Crispy chicken bowl: not worth it.The chicken is really really small and the rest of the meal is just rice and salad. There’s no dressing on the salad so it’s pretty dry. They gave so little kimchi and it also tasted bland (there’s no kimchi kick to it iykyk)You order on a tablet and they give you a number. There’s a sign that posts the order number when it’s ready but they don’t use it so you have to listen carefully for when they call your name. They didn’t call my name.Plus the app or e-receipt they give you showing your pick up time isn’t correct either.

Food was ok … the people working there, not so much. Someone from my party ordered something and forgot to ask for cutlery. I went and ask them if they had forks because someone I was with ordered “something I don’t remember the name”. They started laughing and then said something along the lines of: “we’re a restaurant do you think we have forks?”.Not coming back.

The location in Spark Social is really nice, but the food here is very mediocre. Had the Original (short rib koja) and I felt that the meat was too sweet and the rice “buns” were too hard on my teeth.

Koja Kitchen’s tacos are simply delicious. They are packed with your favorite meat and a warm tortilla. The beef taco is the best. It is well seasoned and flavorful.

Such great customer service and the menu appeared extremely enticing. Korean BBQ is a favorite flavor profile of mine. We tried the beef koja which was very flavorful but not a huge crispy rice bun fan. We also tried the braised pork bowl which was slightly disappointing. The pork lacked much flavor but it needed the kimchi it came with. Had higher hopes for this food truck, I would pick the beef over pork!
