I expected the tofu noodles to be spicier when I requested extra spicy. It’s fine for a one time order but nothing to write home about.
The food was delicious.
Solid Chinese yum, not the standard Chinese-American.
Popo Noodles, with rice-wine braised pork belly is savory, soy-based comfort; egg noodles cooked to still-chewy perfection, dressed for flavor but still dry. Pickled Bamboo Shoots add-on, a must, to cut through the light meat fat.
