Poke Delish is a convenient and filling food truck located at Spark. The outdoor seating area is shared with other vendors. Customers can order through Doordash and enjoy the delicious poke nachos with a variety of toppings. However, some found the use of store-bought guacamole instead of fresh avocado disappointing. The rice was mediocre, but the poke itself was good, albeit light on sauce.
