Their food is pretty good. It's my first time trying. Taste similar to Chinese dishes just not the butter milk tea. I think it's an acquired taste. I am definitely not a fan of that drink-sorry in advance. Overall everything was good.

The food is amazing here! This is my first time trying Uyghur Cuisine and it blew my mind! It got a nice spicy kick to it and lots of flavors! My favorite was the lamb and their beef noodle. If you can't handle spicy food, then you might need to ask them to lower the spice level.

?Let’s get it out the way, yes it’s spicy! This yummy spicy dish is not for the weak stomach. If you can handle spice and love Poppin flavors, Kusan gots you covered. I did a very Teason thing by combining thick yummy noodles with the wrong dish. It was suppose to be with the saucy chicken dish (Big Plate Chicken) but I put it with the cold chili chicken ? . Either way it was hella bomb haha! Both chicken dishes were smackin good, highly recommend.I’ve never had Uyghur cuisine before and I’m very blessed to have gotten a chance to try this dish. The dishes are spicy, so if you can’t handle too much spice, please be sure to note that when you order. Cuz you know them red chili pepper that they use is packin Heat.Mashed eggplants was delish. My family always make eggplants so it definitely hit home for me.The Uyghur special milk tea, ? wow; this definitely helped with the spiciness ??.

Food: 3.5/5 Service: N/A Ambiance: N/A Overall: A very good option for a different type of Chinese food which focuses on lamb. The extended review... Food: Lamb Kebab - 5/5 - I could eat this all day. The flavor on this lamb was extraordinary in my mind. It was very well spiced unlike other lamb dishes I have had. For those that don't like the gamey taste in lamb, this definitely cuts it down. Laghman - 3/5 - This was a little bit bland in my mind. There's a lot of things in the sauce and you pour it over the noodles. Polo - 3.5/5 - A different take on fried rice. I'd say that it was a slight step up from the typical. The difference is this has a lot more carrots and two kinds of meat. Service & Ambiance: N/A - I did a pick up from Bayshore and it's literally a kitchen that you pick it up from.

Some of the worst food I’ve had in Cali. The lamb wrap was obnoxiously hot. The laghman was bland and tasted like a frozen meal. The samsa appetizer was mediocre.

I ordered thru Ubereats extra spicy and it is a required option to choose. But it turned out NO spicy. If you don't look at the option at all, why have it in your option? It took me 40 mins to pick up, but cannot eat without any spicy and disposed of. Complete waste of time.

We ordered big plate chicken that came with tender noodles. The gravy was thick and delicious and coated the noodles generously. Chicken was perfectly tender and juicy. The potatoes were cooked just right. The stew was warm enough after getting home to ladle onto the noodles without reheating. Docked a star as we requested no spice but perhaps there was a mix up in the kitchen. The heat from the red and green peppers was thus unexpected and a bit overwhelming. Laghman noodles were less spicy. And a nice lamby flavor profile. Portions are very generous. Pick up was well organized and smooth. The ghost kitchen concept is such an interesting model. We will try again for sure as it was a well prepared home style meal. Good luck Kusan!

This kitchen factory provide foods for eleven restaurants, therefore you can infer the quality of the food from that. Unless you are really hungry, I wouldn't recommend it. As for the "authenticity", I can only say that it is quite authentic to the dinning halls of the people commune in the 50's (五十年代的人民公社食堂)。

I love Uyghur cuisine and was happy to find so many places in San Francisco that serves it, but I came away a bit disappointed. We ordered the lamb kebabs and a big plate chicken. The kebabs were good, although a bit expensive. The big plate chicken was bland and watery. The chicken didn't taste very fresh to me. The potatoes could be cooked softer. Since we ordered delivery, the noodles were separated from the sauce and it became cold on the journey over. The food is halal.

I traveled an hour to go to the ghost kitchen to pick this food up and I ordered through Uber eats. Approximate time to wait was around 15-25 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting I got a message saying my food was ready. The tablet in the front had some issues because I checked in my order fine, but I did the same process to check on the status and it then didn't show Uber eats as an option to check in. I asked the front desk what was up and he said there was only one chef so I had to wait a bit longer. That's no issue but he wouldn't even give me an update on my order. With all the technical issues and lack of transparency, I waited some more and eventually decided to cancel my order because everybody was getting their food while I had to keep waiting for an unknown amount of time (there's no issues with the other vendors at the ghost kitchen). 1/5 service, unknown/5 for the food. Wish I could've tried to find out.

I saw this place on San Jose a lot, but never tried it! So when I saw that this cloud kitchen opened up, I was excited to try it out. Their lamb kebabs are great, but I wasn't a fan of the beef noodle soup dish I got. I think maybe noodle dishes are just not great with takeout since the noodles don't really soak up the soul flavor, and it just ends up tasting carb-ey and goop-ey. I also tried the lamb sandwich thing, but thought it was a little dry.
