The food is amazing here! This is my first time trying Uyghur Cuisine and it blew my mind! It got a nice spicy kick to it and lots of flavors! My favorite was the lamb and their beef noodle. If you can't handle spicy food, then you might need to ask them to lower the spice level.
?Let’s get it out the way, yes it’s spicy! This yummy spicy dish is not for the weak stomach. If you can handle spice and love Poppin flavors, Kusan gots you covered. I did a very Teason thing by combining thick yummy noodles with the wrong dish. It was suppose to be with the saucy chicken dish (Big Plate Chicken) but I put it with the cold chili chicken ? . Their food is pretty good. It's my first time trying. Taste similar to Chinese dishes just not the butter milk tea. I think it's an acquired taste. I am definitely not a fan of that drink-sorry in advance. Overall everything was good.
