Flavor is the same, and still great, but the portion size is pretty small, and honestly kind of a ripoff at $17+

Employee bad behaviour with customer

The portion I bought at the same L&L in South Bay was at least one-third smaller, especially the meat slices, which were one-third thinner than those I bought at other stores before. I don’t know if other customers know that this store secretly cuts corners, but I’m here to let everyone know about it. It is recommended that you go to other branches to buy. This store is so outrageous

I had to stop here. I’ve always wanted to try a ramen burger, but have never found one with a veggie patty. It was pretty good. I wish they would use a better veggie, but it was still enjoyable.

I've ordered L&L Hawaiian Barbecue catering for work lunches several times and everyone in my office LOVES it! Millie who takes our orders and delivers them is so friendly and wonderful to work with and she ALWAYS delivers the trays hot and on time. My employees are always excited when they hear that I've ordered from L&L and they always go back for 2nd helpings after their first plate. The portions are very generous so even with people taking extra plates at lunch, there's always a little bit left over that we can take home if we want. I love that there are lots of options so I can accommodate people who have dietary restrictions, allergies, and different food preferences. It's such an affordable catering choice for satisfying a large group of people at work and I'm so glad I found L&L. Thanks Millie, you're the best!

TLDR: food was very good though the portion is a bit small for the price
I ordered a mini portion of the loco moco and the portion did turn to match the name though the price seemed a little too high for the size (over $14 after tax before tip)
The food itself was good, she graciously let me get two Mac scoops instead of one Mac/one rice.

The foods tasted very good! Very friendly service too. I spoke to the owner. She told me that she buys and cooks the foods fresh from scratch. Meaning the foods are not frozen or premade. That’s awesome that the owner cares about food quality.

Arranged for catering for a holiday party. Millie came through. Food was a hit and ordering and delivery were easy. Thanks Millie!

I got a delivery order. But was kinda disappointed with the portion. Even though I got the small one still felt like I paid more than I should have overall the food is good.

This place is a nightmare. For $28 you get overly fried katsu that is oily af and DRY. How anyone manages to get a chicken thigh that dry is beyond me. Not only is there not 1 piece of vegetables on the plate, but the dry, oily meat is served on top of dry previously cooked white rice, and includes another small scoop of the dry previously cooked rice. The macaroni salad is standard pure mayo Hawaiian bbq fair. For $9 you can buy some previously frozen, mass produced lumpia with a texture out of a diaper, that tasted like cardboard. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money in this nightmare again. Also, it’s dirty in there and looks like you’re in civic center.
