What kind of restaurant is this? They don’t even know how to talk to customers. The girl with the glasses was rude to me; she insulted me. I came here to get some coffee, and this is what I’m being told? What kind of restaurant is this? The manager really needs to look into this with their staff.

Very disappointed with the service—an employee was rude and dismissive when I asked for disability-related help and also treated delivery drivers poorly. I hope management addresses this and improves staff behavior.

We ordered here almond croissant, and ham & swiss croissant. Both croissants were cold and hard like they were sitting there for days. Don’t leave your money there, they absolutely don’t care about customer experience and what they sell there is not worth even half of what they charge. Avoid this place

Great place! Croissants and sandwiches (especially BTLs) are delicious, only downside is it closes at 4:30 so I can't go too often.
