My ordered a beef burrito and I ask the lady to put hot sauce on the side. I have to wait few minutes while they chatted with each other until the cashier finally ring me up. Afterwards she forgot to put the hot sauce in. So my burrito was bland and tasteless when I was home. Thanks for not caring ladies.

This place has gone downhill. It used to be so good! Lines used to be out the door. They used to have a fresh salsa bar with different salsa options. Although chips and salsa are free, you need to ask them now. Before, you didn't need to ask. It was given to you. They closed half of the restaurant, so seating is limited. During my last visit, they ran out of a lot of main ingredients like carne asada, horchata, and mushrooms. When I asked for one additional salsa, the cashier said "I gave you 10" even though he only gave my friend 2 and gave me none. I told him that wasn't the case and he apologized. Then he tried to sell me big portions of salsa when I didn't need that much anymore since we were almost done with our meals. As I was talking, he was focused on counting his cash and was dismissive. Poor service. Oh forgot to mention that I was interacting with the owner. They should change management but until then, I'm never gonna come back here.

This has been my go-to Mexican place for almost twenty years. Currently (2023) there's this guy working at the register who is usually pretty sickly looking, and coughs open-mouthed and unrestrained directly into the toppings area. Greasy looking guy with stringy hair. Won't be going back while he works there. The ladies are wonderful and the food is otherwise tasty.

Worst experience as a repeat customer ever!!!!!! Ordered a shrimp burrito and greeted line cook with a smile yet she sort of smirked at me! Mind you, this is 1230pm on a Monday and no one was in there!!!! When I asked to add sour cream, avocado and pico de Gallo she added 1.00 for each! 17.99 for a burrito! This is where it gets better with the customer service tho....... I asked for extra chips and the mean grey haired woman gave me a quarter bag and said to me "wait a minute " in a gruff voice! Awful customer service.... Asked for a manager on a Monday and they said no manager.... Had two pieces of shrimp in my 20.00 burrito! It was awful food and even worse customer service by the hefty twins representing your company! Contacting my bank tomorrow for such poor food quality! Refund! Get better employees! I will never return for such nasty customer service and bad food quality!!!!!!!!!!!! I was embarrassed to bring my friend there! Consumers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!
