So I wanted to love this place, it’s cute, there was an art pop up outside, but I love canneles and theirs were unforgivable. Tiniest I have ever seen and they were so so burnt. Look at the photo of how tiny they look in my toddler’s hands and look how burnt and thick what should be a caramelized exterior is. I would not sell those at all let alone at $5 a piece. In carousing with my buddies after lunch, I was introduced to a hoity-toity bakery and I just loved their decadence in flavor and style.
In these pictures, the first one is what I had, their version of brownies. One of my buddies picked up a focaccia, the second shot, which looked so tempting, with the texture looking so divine.
