Liholiho is a fantastic restaurant! The space is modern and beautifully designed, with an open kitchen where you can watch everything being prepared, which adds a lot of energy and transparency to the dining experience.

The service was very friendly, attentive, and quick. The cocktails were excellent, and even the non-alcoholic one I ordered was made with care and tasted great.

The food was outstanding. The bun with beef tongue was extraordinary, the tuna tartare and ceviche were perfectly balanced and fresh, and the shrimps with crispy rice were especially memorable. All dishes showed creativity, originality, and were prepared with high quality ingredients.

For three people, including first and main courses, drinks, and one dessert, the bill came to $260, which I found fair for this level of quality. The only minus point is that the restaurant does not offer coffee, which would have been a nice way to finish the meal.

Overall, I really enjoyed everything at Liholiho. Highly recommended, and I hope I will get to return again!

We had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly accommodating to our kids, which made the evening so much more enjoyable. The food was even better than we remembered—every dish was spot on. The swordfish and pork shoulder were absolute standouts, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the drink selection was impressive. We opted for the prix fixe menu, which turned out to be a fantastic value and gave us the chance to try most of the menu.

This is a highly sought after dining spot. Such a swanky and hard to get into spot. Dessert is Devine. Must hit spot!!

I’ve been to Liholiho Yacht Club quite a few times, and it’s always good. They make great cocktails, and the menu is always fun and creative. Some of my favorites are the tuna poke, the duck liver mousse, and the bao - all super flavorful and memorable. The vibe is lively and fun, the menu has lots of interesting options, and the service has always been solid. Overall, a great spot for both food and drinks.

Liholiho Yacht Club nails that lively, modern-meets-tropical vibe — bright pops of color, upbeat music, and an energetic crowd make it feel like the kind of place you want to stay all night. The open kitchen adds to the buzz, and the staff keeps the energy high with friendly, knowledgeable service. We had a short wait even with a reservation (about 15 minutes), but once seated, the pace of the meal was smooth and well-timed.

Duck Liver Mousse: Silky, rich, and beautifully presented — indulgent without being too heavy.

Poppy Seed Steam Buns: Soft and pillowy with a subtle nutty flavor — perfect with the filling and sauces.

Chips and Dips: Crispy, addictive chips with vibrant, flavorful dips that kept us reaching for more.

Guava Tonic: Refreshing and slightly tart with a tropical twist — a great non-alcoholic option.

American Wagyu Zabuton: Incredibly tender and juicy, packed with flavor — a true standout.

Calamari Ukoy: Crispy and golden, with a light batter that didn’t overpower the squid’s sweetness.

Local Ling Cod: Fresh and flaky with bright, well-balanced seasoning — clean and satisfying.

Overall a vibrant spot with creative dishes, polished service, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere — worth the wait for the energy and flavors alone.

The food was suprising, interesting, novel, fun, light hearted, and truly delicious. Flavor and textures were expertly layered and beautifully plated. Maybe the best thing going right now in SF.

Excellent. Flavor and texture were on display. Very astute service and such a variety of options. The tasting menu is the way to go which tends to include off menu items as well as highlights from the menu. Cocktaila were novel and we'll balanced.

Was in SF for a work trip, and decided to snag a last minute solo reservation at the bar.

Truly, couldn’t have been better. I did the tasting menu ($85), and had 5 courses of amazing food. Couldn’t say more about the quality of the food, service, or people. Would recommend to anyone

Easily one of the best restaurants I've been to in months, each bite crafted and thoughtful, each plate creative and lovely, and the staff is invested and caring. Creative food, unique drinks and lively kitchen in the middle of the floorplan, this place was top notch in every way!
