Such a unique restaurant. I went here several years ago and went back last night. Everything we ate was delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful and service is excellent. If you are looking for a nicer unique restaurant I highly recommend. Not your typical Vietnamese. The drinks were delicious. The whole fish was wonderful. I will be going back soon!

Fried fish was good, but garlic noodles weren't. Service should be better at this price point. It seems we were forgotten because they threw us into window bar seating by the front door even though we reserved a table weeks in advance.

We had a wonderful experience at Lily! Our server, Mae, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was beautifully presented and so fresh. From the craft cocktails, which were divine, to each dish- we were very impressed. We will be back.

This restaurant is overrated. Service from the beginning was poor. Hostess had an attitude and was not welcoming. Wait staff was nicer but very, very slow and never came to check in on if we needed anything, and it wasn't busy. Food was ok but not worth the cost. They automatically add 20% gratuity no matter the size of the party. There are many amazing places in SF with great staff and food. Unfortunately Lily's just wasn't that.

Fabulous service and dinner. The owners are very detailed on the food presentation. The wait staff is very friendly and personable. Love their special early bird dinner! Our birthday celebration was memorable.

Our group of four had the egg rolls and jackfruit “pizza” (really more like nachos) appetizers, garlic noodles and steak/scallop and vegetarian curry entries. Everything was terrific. Very inventive fusion with wonderful flavors and textures. Very friendly competent service. The only negative was the noise level. Once the place got full, it was as very difficult to have a conversation. They should ditch the background music completely as a first step. Can't really be heard; just adds to the racket.
