We planned our school community day with 70+ attendees and food from That’s Amore. The kids had a blast! The event was handled so efficiently and expertly. Sandy, our party organizer, was so essential to smooth planning and execution. She kept in close contact during the party. Sandy even made us a decor banner including our logos! WOW! The Little Oceanauts team took care of everything: from bringing materials and and drinks from the car, setting up the party room including decor and presentation materials, and then packing up afterwards. It allowed our party organizers to mingle instead of worry about the logistics. Thank you Little Oceanauts team!

My daughter’s birthday party was held there (January 15th) and everyone had so much fun. Nelly and Emily are so helpful and accommodating. The staff at the register is also very helpful and friendly. The place is amazing. I highly recommend Little Oceanauts, me and wife use to bring our daughter there since she was a toddler. Thank you!!!

We hosted a 3rd birthday party here recently and Sandy, Linda, and team made everything so easy. They communicated all the details and responded quickly to my changes. I felt pretty good come event date and time. We showed up at 4pm and two of the ladies were already waiting for us outside with carts and helped unload our packed car. They brought everything in and told us they would set everything up and not to worry. Linda would then find us to make sure everything looked okay. It was amazing since we usually have to run around, set up everything, and host our guests.They made a beautiful balloon arch and displayed all the tables, desserts, etc. They were pros! We did private so our guests enjoyed having the space to play and grab food. Little Oceanauts would clean and check spaces throughout the event, helped us cut cake, take pics, tidy up, and packaged everything up at the end of the day.They made it so stress free and we would definitely recommend having an event here. We had guests from ages 1-11 and they all had fun.

Had a great experience at Little Oceanauts for my kid's birthday party. We just got the basic package and brought all our own snacks so it was a fairly low-key party but I really appreciated the staff being there to help us with set-up, break-down, and the announcements to guests during key times so that everything ran smoothly. We choose a Bluey theme and they even played Bluey music the whole time (throughout the play area) even though we didn't have a private rental or anything. It was really nice! Our group was small (~25 people in total, including adults and kids), but I'm sure they would be able to keep things running just as smoothly for a larger, more complicated party as well! Communication via email was very prompt throughout the planning process as well. Definitely recommend.

We celebrated our little ones birthday a few weeks ago and Little Oceanauts made the experience so memorable for us and our friends. The team took care of everything, from helping us up unload the car prior to the party, decorating, setting up, making sure that everyone was present for the cake cutting (and cake eating), to timely reminders that we were close to ending and helping us load the car once again to go home. There was a team on top of everything throughout the 3 hours that we were there.As experienced planners, Linda and Sandy worked with, and guided us prior to the event. Linda helped us choose a theme and appropriate party package for the group size and timing that we wanted, Sandy helped us with guest list, last minute details and recommendations for ensuring that we could stay on top of timing. Little Oceanauts also has food and dessert options to choose from that can be customized depending on ones budget. There is also the option to bring your own food and dessert for an add on fee, which we ended up choosing. They also suggested bringing items a day ahead of time to make the setup smooth (which it was) and followed up with us ahead of time to make sure that they were available to help us the day before when we dropped things off a d ironed out final details.Our afternoon party went by well. The little ones that attended had the *best* time in the play area. It made everything so worthwhile to see the kids having so much fun (and to know that they didn't have to miss out on cake). Hands down the best place to have a kids birthday party! Threw a joint birthday party for our kids and they staff at LO were amazing! It's the only party I've thrown for my kids that was NOT stressful. The staff have it down to a science on managing the party and they are all so nice and respectful. They put together this amazing balloon arch and set up the cake and desserts so perfect and clean up/ pack up everything at the end. I literally didn't have to worry about a thing when we got there. Play area was clean, kids had a blast, and parents got to sit down and enjoy other adult company knowing the kids were safe. Would HIGHLY recommend!

The team at Little Oceanauts was friendly and amazing. It was my son's 7yr old birthday party and They put up all the decorations and food settings. I got to enjoy talking with friends and family members. After the party, they wrapped up everything and brought it back to my car. All the kids enjoyed running around the indoor playground. All the team members there went above and beyond. I plan to host future parties with them. Thank you Little Oceanauts for making such a memorable party for my son.

I have really enjoyed this place since it opened with both my kids (with a little break during Covid). Nice employees, clean play area and big area for parents to sit. Been to a few birthday parties and they were very well run.What I am disappointed is the waste that they produce. Having gone to other jumpy places that require grippy socks, I brought those to reuse (after all this is SF). Instead of being able to REUSE them, I was told that I needed purchase THEIR $3 socks. I asked why and the cashier said to support the facility. Pretty disappointed that their selfish polices result in clothing waste. We never wear these socks outside of jumpy places so to have to purchase new ones, when we had ones that were just fine was disappointing. And of course each pair is wrapped in plastic. Just want the world needs, more plastic. DO BETTER LITTLE OCEANAUTS.

We celebrated my 5 year olds birthday here last weekend and it was great! The play areas are clean and it smells clean as well. The birthday was super easy to plan and they even served the kids food. I highly recommend this location for birthday parties! The kids had a great time. The ball pit was definitely their favorite part.
