I like their food, but the last time I was there a couple months ago, I was really disappointed by Heather behind the counter. She was sort of friendly when she took my order, but while I sat eating my meal nearby, I heard how she was talking to her back of the house staff as they were turning out food orders. She was loudly saying the F word repeatedly while she spoke to them so that everyone within earshot of the restaurant could hear her. She should be mindful that her voice carries outside of the kitchen and restaurant area. I worked in the restaurant industry before, and I know that back of the house is very different from front of the house. I was just embarrassed by her unprofessional behavior because she's really front of the house representing the establishment. I was going to go back for another sandwich, but I changed my mind after this. I hope they open again after shelter-in-place lifts hopefully soon, but please consider how all staff conduct themselves. Thank you.

My boyfriend and I decided to get some seafood for lunch before browsing the shops in the mall. We ordered the following items to share: -Main lobster roll (5/5): This meal comes with a lot of waffle fries, my favorite! The roll was good. I really enjoyed the buttered bread. -Lobster bisque (2/5): This was too sour for me. I didn't enjoy the taste. -Loaded crab waffle fries (5/5): The toppings include green onions, bacon bites, crab, and some sauce. So good. We didn't realize how much fries we ordered, so we couldn't finish our lunch. We had to take the leftover fries back home with us to eat as a snack for later. This place is pretty good, but I still prefer New England Lobster Market & Eatery more!

Had a very tasty lunch with the crab cheese fries and the surf and turf sandwich. Umami!

One of the best spots in the mall food court. The food is generally fast and very tasty. Also worth mentioning is that the price is quite good for the lobster roll.

As I roamed around the Westfield Mall, I decided on a quick lunch. At the basement I passed by this establishment and ended up ordering the mex salad. Starting at $7, this salad contains lettuce, black beans, roasted corn, citrus chipotle dressing, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, and avocado. For an additional $9 (total $16), I added shredded crab and lobster. The portion size seemed adequately sized; no skimping of seafood occurred here. Otherwise, this tastes like what you expect out of any large chain. Ingredients seem fresh enough, price point seems reasonable, and it is completely and utterly forgettable. You want to stuff your face with seafood? Come here, do it, and get on with your day.

Hubby and I couldn't decide on all the options in this amazing Food Court! Oh my! How I wish we had something of this quality anywhere around where we live. Out of all of the terrific options, Lobster Me was a standout! We had to have it. We actually ordered from the two tops in our eyes and then shared it all. From Lobster Me we ordered their famous Lobster Roll which came with a tasty slaw and waffle fries. The Lobster Roll was generously full of that tasty yumminess. We would definitely order this again! The Clam Chowder was good, but not the star of our meal. It was really tasty when I dipped our waffle fries in it. Definitely try that. Yum!

Amazing food. Amazing place, despite it being in the mall food court in the basement. I love seafood, and they have what I like. They actually have big portions, so the price is expected. It being in the city, and having seafood. Very filling, so it is worth.

Excellent lobster roll. A little pricey, but we split a roll. Comes with GREAT waffle fries and coleslaw. We ordered the Mexican corn $5. Very good,, but a bit pricey too. A good experience but $32 for over the counter lunch in a Mall setting seems a bit much. Lobster is aLways a treat. Yes I would return.

The sandwiches looks good but the customer service is horrible. We were waiting for somebody to help us but they just stood there and look at us. They were so rude. Never wanna go there again.

The food is a joke. The half a roll was the size of maybe two limes together, if that. It came with a sad serving of waffles fries and coleslaw for 12 dollars. It’s a big nope.

I ordered half of a Maine lobster roll for a total of $13 and it was the tiniest portion a person could imagine. Everyone at my table just laughed because it was maybe three bites. I understand lobster is expensive, even more so in SF, but this time exceeded all of that. It tasted good, but after waiting in line for 15 min with only three people ahead of me, I can't support a business like this one.

If you love Maine lobster rolls, don't order the Maine lobster roll here. The butter and chive style 1/2 roll was a 3-bite portion of flavorless lobster, not like any sweet delicious Maine lobster I've ever had. Lots of fried potatoes, though, if that's what you're craving. The Dixie cup of coleslaw was simple but good. I won't return.

I usually go to this Westfield mall when I visit the bay. I was craving a lobster roll without having to go to the pier. The roll was tasty, but not the best roll that I've had in my life. I had a half a roll just for a quick bite because I wanted to save room for other food later. It did the job and I had my quick fix. It was pretty pricey, even for the 3 inches. Customer service here is great, super sweet.

I knew Lobster Me through MealPal and I ordered the Mac n cheese. Feel like it could use more gravy. But overall pretty satisfied!
