I discovered Lokma by accident about a year ago. Since then, I've happily eaten there with various friends who are now themselves advocates. The appetizers are not to be skipped! In fact, I've made a meal of them before. The three sauces with warm pita bread are my favorite: muhammara, Baba Ganoush, Tzatziki wake up the taste buds. The Bal and Kaymak pours honey over thick clotted cream for a taste sensation with warm pita. This last time we got 5 appetizers with those...
Had my anniversary dinner with my husband at Lokma last night and everything was immaculate. The food was delicious, our wine was amazing, and the service and atmosphere were lovely. Can't wait to return!
The food was delicious! I had the lamb chops and loved them. I didn't care for the dessert, Rekni cake, because it was a little too sweet. Otherwise, from appetizers, to drinks, to meals, everything was fabulous!!
