One of my favorites! Great Chile Verde! Pork SO flavorful and satisfying. Miss their Chile Colorado, wish they'd bring it back! Great home-style service, easy take out or eat in. Parking can be tough at peak times, but oh well, definitely worth the occasional inconvenience. Everything is delicious, perfect rice and beans, great chips! Highly, highly recommend!
I always like coming here for pupusas. They have two pupusas for an affordable amount (I think about $8). My friend got two rolled tacos with rice and beans and it cost a lot more, so I would recommend that. The staff are very nice and they have full table service and the atmosphere is typical kitschy taqueria. I'd like to come back and try the sopas!
I absolutely love this restaurant. I have been picky with where I get my Salvadoran dishes, and it's going to be at Mexican-Salvadoran fusion, but this one is by far the most authentic in terms of atmosphere and flavor. The pupusas trigger memories of my favorite place that my parents would take me as a kid in Redwood City.
