Fantastic food, friendly staff. My water glass stayed empty for much of the meal; had to go to the counter eventually for more.

Stopped in for lunch with some friends and was surprised at the large, extensive menu. I've only been to the North Park Loving Hut in San Diego and this menu has much more selection and skews more traditional. We started with the Fresh Spring Rolls, followed by Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, Sweet & Sour Soy Protein, Bun Huy Spicy Noodle Soup and Au Lac Fragrant Claypot Rice. I tried everything but the soup and it was all very good. The Au Lac Fragrant Claypot Rice was the winner by everyone's vote. The Spicy Noodle Soup must have been very spicy, as our friend who ordered it was sweating as he was eating it. We finished the meal with a slice of Carrot Cake, which wasn't very good. I forgot to take a picture of it. I would definitely return to try other dishes on the menu. The place was not very busy when we were there, but I think we had a late lunch.
Overall the food is mediocre. And I would let that pass once in awhile bc I want to support vegan places. BUT Loving Hut is also a cult and their founder/owner, Ching Hai, is a big Trump supporter and she supported overturning the 2020 presidential results. Loving Hut has a franchise structure, like McDonald’s, so she still profits from these.
Everything is good here.

Absolutely delicious vegan food! Lots of options, very creative dishes and amazing flavors. We shared two different meals and had a chocolate cake for dessert, everything was phenomenal. The toasted/crunchy pasta was our favorite. Not too salty and just the right amount. Friendly staff, fast service, good prices. They have snacks at the counter and lots of information on vegan lifestyle. We'll be back!

Solid vegan restaurant. Don’t know what we’d do without it!

I visited Loving Hut Vegan Restaurant near Golden Gate Park for lunch and loved it. The fully vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free labeled menu was a vegetarian’s dream, letting me pick anything without worry. The menu’s mostly Chinese-inspired but also offers a cool Americana section for variety. I ordered four dishes, and every one was delicious—even my meat-eating friends were impressed! The staff was helpful, though a bit quiet. The Buddhist-inspired decor was simple and Spartan, which didn’t wow me, and parking was a hassle—two blocks away. Still, their motto, “Healthy and Delicious,” rings true, and it’s my favorite spot in San Francisco. I’d give Loving Hut four out of five stars, docking one for the plain decor and tricky parking.

N8: Crispy Chow Fun, fantastic and one of my favorite dishes. Miss my vegan noodle dishes. Good crisp on the noodles. Shrimp good presentation, okay texture, not much flavor. Wish sauce had a thicker consistency, was very watery Thai iced tea, super sweet!! Skipped Chocolate cake but so wanted a piece😁 At least three other tables for late lunch unlike last time when no one was there!! Always a fun enjoyable eating experience. Prices keep climbing, but then this is SF. A decent amount of to go business while I was eating. 3% fee applied to credit card payments, passing another charge onto the customer Unsightly tables with dirty dishes the whole time I was there!!

It was an AMAZING experience!! The food was delicious, the environment was clean and peaceful, and the person running the restaurant, Lien, was so sweet and totally made our day!! I would highly recommend to visit here.

very delicious food, so many choices, and kind and fast service.
This was the worst pad thai I've ever had in my life. I'm very confused by the amazing reviews. Maybe I just chose the wrong dish. I was very hungry and didn't feel like starting from scratch trying to find somewhere to, so I ate it. But the women who work here were super friendly.

Hopped by this place when I was taking a break in Golden Gate park. The place itself is very 'basic', the prices and food are good however. The portions are also solid. If you are in the area and hungry I'd recommend this place but otherwise I don't think it's landing in my go to list.
I have a severe Allergy which makes going to many restaurants impossible. I just so happen to be in the area and this place popped up under vegan options. It was amazing! So many options and all safe for me to eat. Food came out fast, hot and in huge portions to share. None of us are strictly vegan, but due to my allergy my cousins agreed to try it. We left very happy, very full and with plenty of leftovers. Staff was great, but the restaurant was cold and could really benefit from some light music for general ambiance. Otherwise, it was phenomenal and I'll definitely be going back
