Maggie & Mac's is a great addition to the neighborhood with a fun, lively vibe and a super chill atmosphere. Guests enjoyed a great time with friends on a Wednesday night, noting it was busy but not too loud for conversation. The service is friendly, attentive, and speedy, with staff who genuinely enjoy working together. The food is tasty and delicious, with highlights including the Hanger Steak with Chimichurri, described as one of the best ever, and the French dip, praised for its fresh, chewy bread and just-right aus jus and horseradish sauce. The fish tacos, Caesar salad, onion strings, and poke tostadas were also excellent. The buffalo wings were a little dry, but the ahi tuna in crispy shells was enjoyed. Live music, including a two-piece jazz act on Sunday evenings, adds to the ambiance. Kids are accommodated with cups, crayons, and paper menus. The upstairs area is an unexpected cool factor, making the space feel more open. Price point is great, and the pacing of dishes can be a little off, but it's not a big deal. Guests plan to return.
