My favorite bakery and pastry shop. I used to go to their San Francisco location on Balboa St all the time and was sad to see them go. I have visited their location in Santa Rosa twice and wish I could go more often. Absolutely superb breakfast pastries, breads and lunch entrees.

I picked up a loaf of the sourdough batard--quite simply the best I've ever tasted. I'm a baker and a sourdough connoisseur!

Look no further!!!! I can not thank and praise the ownership group of Marla’s bakery! We wanted a wine country upscale pizza and Pinot rehearsal dinner and they far surpassed all of our expectations! Being In The hospitality industry I have a high bar- they wowed us every step of the way!

The crebble is delightful, and their gateau basque is to die for. I only wish they were still doing brunch!!!
Kevin Gortney
They are a weekend pop up at the spinster sisters and are definitely worth checking out.

MARLA Windsor roll-up offers well-crafted baked goods served by friendly and responsive staff. Creative items include the unique Crebble, a croissant based treat. Artisanal breads, and a few sandwiches round out the menu. Hard to find, but worth the effort. Highly recommended.

Don't worry they've already sold out of what you wanted.Like all Europeans in America, I lament the sorry state of patisserie in the country. Hearing about this place just down the road I was overjoyed! So Saturday morning we rush down and arrive to a massive line only 15 minutes after opening... Ok well we stick it out as the display counter offerings slowly dwindle. Forty minutes later and we're still waiting our turn to order... Only to hear they're out of everything I even vaguely considered on the menu. Crossaint - sold out, pain au chocolate, crebble, savory scone, sweet scone, cookies, the list of what they still had was shorter. If you want baked goods in Windsor, go to BurtoNZ - at least they have the things on their menu.

In the sea of local and craft bakers here in Sonoma County, in which ALL have their niche and specialty, its with caution and all due respect that I state that Marla's is simply perfect - DIVINE. I personally, "have arrived". I'm not biased because I'm a resident of Windsor (but really proud!) but when anyone can take a bite and be simultaneously reminded of childhood mid-west home baking, intersected with texture and flavor always dreamed about, combined with (perhaps) the perfect assortment for EVERY PALATE, and the irresistible urge to try everything in the pastry case, it's worth the standing ovation that Marla's has achieved. From the bagels and pickled veg (OMG), to the savory scone and Crebble (cinnamon sugar delight [morning bun but better!]), to the cheerful and lovely staff, going to Marla's this morning, being the first in line, I didn't realize my unconscious conquest for the best all around bakery FAMILY was now satisfied. Team Marla, thank you thank you thank you. I am blessed to have crossed your path and I'm blissfully happy and my tummy in heaven, literally. See you next weekend (and yes, I already pre-ordered the hot cross buns for Easter for my wife and I)! Cheers!
Oh my! Just visited Marla in Windsor. The crebble is a delicious butter/sugar bomb!! Wow! Best pastry I’ve had from a bakery in a long time. Bagels & bread look delicious too.

I just love their dishes. I always get good service here. The place is well kept and the cashiers are always super nice. Highly recommended.

Arguably the best bakery in the North Bay with their attention to detail, excellent craft, and just stunningly delicious food.
