On the one hand, it's convenient to have a McDs that only has order screens. On the other hand, over-crowding began to happen fairly quickly in the little waiting area. Tensions can easily run high when dealing with food orders. Didn't experience any particular issue, but the lobby design is overall not very safe in the event of a conflict

This is by far one of the worst McDonald experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve wait almost an hour, for “fast food”, and they gave me a hard time. They should really be shut down. Such horrible service. They should’ve been shut down a long time ago. I’m so disappointed.

After downloading their online app, we had only one day to use the rewards we were given as welcome. We were down to our last and hungry, McDonald's was conveniently located and way cheaper than just about anywhere else in the area. Though much blander today than what I remember as a kid, I am grateful that we were able to eat. Thank you McDonald's for saving our arses. I recommend that anyone financially challenged like we are, do yourself and download the McDonald's app. The. Freebies and rewards are worth the effort.
service is so bad . i ordered a frapp got a iced coffee when i asked the employee she said they don’t sell frapps ? i ordered regular nuggets & received dry & stale spicy nuggets get better employees
