There were 20 people in front of me waiting for food and I was in there for 45 minutes. It looks like they only had three people working and they were taking turns being cashier. They were very nice and polite, so this is not their fault. This is a managerial and corporate. Not only are their panhandlers on the outside right by the door, there are no tables or chairs inside, the floor was dirty, and there was a lot of chaos and confusion, wondering where the food was.
