What the BS, I order take out, and I have to pay to get a bag to carry my food out. If you are going to charge for a paper carry out bags, just don't offer carry out.
FYI: This is the first McDonald's in California I have encountered that charges for a carry out bag.

I ordered a delivery literally just now it came very fast but not burger, just fries and soda!!! I called uber, called this store NO ANSWER!!!!! Very very disappointed the fact I paid 40!!!! So upset!!!

I've had better, and I've had worse. The only true complaint I have is that when you go to the window to pick up your food, you have to be quick to ask for anything like ketchup, napkins, or any additional condiments. Because once they turn around , I completely ignored, until the next order becomes available. This has happened to me a couple of times, and I wanted to bring it up here.

Easily the worst McDonald’s in the city if not the Bay Area. Of course the food is disgusting, overpriced, and unhealthy. But to even access the restaurant, you have to navigate past a phalanx of drug addled zombies, street thugs, and begging homeless. Only to be greeted inside by incompetent and unhelpful staff.

I went during pickup window time only that is after 8:00 p.m. and the girl had no idea what the app meant and what I was trying to tell her is that I already submitted the order and it has been processed and I'm waiting just for my fries that's all I ordered and then this supervisor or whoever comes back and is telling me no no no no no no no no no no no no no no shaking his head very adamantly telling me it's closed know we can't do it on and on and on and on and I'm telling him and I'm showing him and he doesn't believe me and finally when we go through the screen together he says okay your friends are coming up I mean seriously and then didn't even apologize for the way he reacted which was extremely unprofessional and he wouldn't even listen to me and they need to change your stuff especially someone who are familiar with the app and how it works and can also understand and speak fluently because that is a problem in a business.

This McDonald crew is so rude, non of them speak english or calim they don't including a so called manger who was so rude. Packed full of peolpe from middle/high school students to homeless. Workers will ingore you at the coounter when asking for help with missing items.

Food is okay. Nothing bad there. Only complaint is that ordering is hectic. If you try to get anyone's attention, good luck. I got ignored for 5 minutes trying to ask for condiments And water. Also, we sat down to eat in the dining room after getting our meal. No one mentioned they were closing soon or we would have ordered to go but literally halfway through eating our meal, an employee comes to tell us they are closing. We said okay and we would hurry because we didn't know and were still eating. The man stood there right at our table until we finished and left.

For the 3rd time this year about 25 minutes ago while eating my food- a Hispanic man got slapped, food tossed and this time someone's shake dumped on him. He asked the manager to call the policia- they refused - the 2nd time they did that. As it was 3 of the same 18-24 year old as the 1st time. I feel the manager is an accessory - knows them. To not have armed security at this location is insane. I've lived in the neighborhood almost 9 years and had been a CONSTANT problem. I reported to corporate the 1st time... nothing changed. 2 of the 3 situations it was just a random guy, 1 distracted him .. African American man with mask "smacked him" and they ran out the door. NEVER EAT AT this location.....I lived in Oakland for 4 years and they never had this security neglect problem.
