Very intimidated by the long line out side but they were very very efficient! The signature ramen was Devine! The egg perfect! The duck matcha was super fun but beware it might keep you up! We got edamame and the fried mushrooms too which came out in what felt like seconds. The mushrooms I will be thinking about for all time.
Hands down the BEST ramen I have ever eaten in my entire 40+ years on this earth. My husband and I shared everything, we got the signature and classic Toripaitan, a side of chili carrots, fried spicy enoki and the corn wings. Oh! And the wagyu sushi as well. I hope we get to visit again. It was just a super memorable experience. So simple yet so special. Like a hug from the inside. That’s how I would describe it.
It was alright. Got the spicy vegan miso and it was spicy, but incredibly salty. Couldn't taste anything past the salt.
Noodle texture was good. Portion was a bit small for the price. Didn't realize the soy meat was also minced on the miso, would have got the tantanmen instead if I knew that, but that one is my fault. Food is really only 3 stars, but the service was good.
