Raspberry Tomboy 6"
The tomboy-ish way we decorate this cake provides the perfect ratio of cake-to-frosting in every bite. We start with layers of our Double Chocolate Cake which is made with melted 70% Guittard chocolate and raw Scharffen Berger cocoa powder for a super-moist bittersweet flavor. Our buttercream is made the European way, starting with Italian meringue and adding organic Straus butter. The result is luxuriously smooth and not too sweet. In this raspberry version, the pretty pink color is 100% natural and is as delicious as it looks.

Our Hazelnut Drageés begin with juicy, fresh, organic hazelnuts and we toast them until golden brown. We coat them with a micro-thin layer of crunchy caramel and then cover them in bittersweet 72% Valrhona chocolate and dust them in unsweetened cocoa powder. The rich, unique taste of hazelnut runs wild in this combination of sweet, smooth, bitter, and crunchy.

Coffee Toffee
Thin base of toffee made with Straus Family Creamery butter and organic sugar. It's coated on both sides with coffee-infused dark chocolate and sprinkled with cacao nibs. The dark chocolate and coffee are powerful and bitter but the thin crisp layer of toffee is the only sweetness you need to make this perfectly balanced.
Almond Dragées (Regular)
We start with fresh organic California almonds and toast them till golden brown. Then we coat them with a micro-thin layer of crisp caramel. Then they are coated with 72% Valrhona chocolate and dusted in unsweetened cocoa powder. The result is a delicious union of flavors and textures that deserves a torch song of its own.

The best place to get cake and candy in the city. I am obsessed with their Turkish delight and black licorice. Christmas isn’t the same without their bûche de Noël. And their cookies are insanely good.

Sunyna was so great! She ran my inscribed lemon debutante cake out to my car to avoid me parking illegally! So kind and got it to me one day early so I can fly it out to nyc. My family LOVES these cakes and there aren’t any as good in NYC!!!

This is such a cute candy shop with a nice assortment of baked goods, namely macrons and cupcakes. The macrons are so sizeable and not artificial and a cute little treat. The candy selection is great and they have a large selection, including hard to find candies from abroad. The vibe makes it a must stop!
