We have been wanting to go to this neighborhood restaurant and finally made it! We were not disappointed... The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely be going back again.

First time, greeted and offered a table right away. Hostess was very polite and gave us her recommendations. We started with appetizers, all of them amazing, we were offered the grilled whole bass, it was amazing. Highly recommend!!! By the way our grand daughter had no problem eating and also enjoyed the food.

This neighborhood gem will now be our new favorite restaurant! The food was so delicious and fresh, we loved absolutely everything we tried. Service was also so warm and super friendly, made the entire experience outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Best Greek food in San Francisco, and fantastic "family restaurant" experience. I travel frequently to New York and Boston, and make it a point to always eat at their best Greek restaurants, including Limani, Avra, Milos and Loi Estiatorio. I would compare this fantastic restaurant with Loi: the food was notably flavorful, fresh and high quality. The Lavraki (Branzino) was the second best of all of the above restaurants... right here in the Marina in SF. In my opinion, this restaurant has better food than Kokkari -- which I have frequented many times -- and is less costly. However, best of all was the service. My wife, my 7 year old daughter and I were treated with total respect and care. Their staff was working hard and highly attentive, and we watched them team together in addressing the needs numerous tables. This is a hidden gem in San Francisco, and certainly the Marina. We now plan to go here every 4-6 weeks as part of our usual "circuit" of favorite restaurants for family dinners.

We waited 30mins for our table when we had a reservation in advance, which is why the service wasn't 5 stars, but the food was delicious.

We were seated at a table that had too much traffic from the kitchen constantly going past closely.

I chose this restaurant as it had several 5 star reviews. I thought it was fair. The food was good, not 5 star worthy. The service was attentive, but in we need you to move along kind of way as the place was packed. It was very loud, so we had a hard time perfectly hearing each other. I wish the ambience was more relaxed, like I imagine it to be on the islands of Greece. To sum it up, we could have been in any restaurant on any restaurant row as nothing stood out. One more note: When I got home I thought to myself, why am I drinking several glasses of water? Oh the food must have been really salty.

This spot is perfect for a special family meal! The food was splendid—we especially loved the flaky spanakopita and sizzling kefetedes appetizers. Our waiter was incredibly helpful and wonderfully generous with the wine pours!

This place has very good Greek food for San Francisco. The ambience was nice and the servers were very attentive. The pita bread, saghanaki, and broiled octopus were excellent. The avgolemono and melitzanosalata were also good. The vegetarian moussaka entrée was quite good. The walnut baklavaki and vanilla bean ice cream were very tasty. Thanks!

We decided to come here on a whim and it did not disappoint! We had a lamb and beef dish. Our food came out fairly quickly. Service was great!

The restaurant staff are all wonderfully polite and professional. They made excellent wine suggestions. The food is delicious, everything we ordered was excellent, especially the meatballs and baklavaki. The portions are very generous, too.

George was a great server as well as the other gentleman who was helping us with water and resetting the table. It was our first time coming in (we've done take out a few times) and we love the food here. Will be back soon!

One of the best mediterranean restaurants in SF! The food was amazing, the ambiance was fantastic, and the staff were so helpful and kind. We tried spanakopita, zucchini fritters, melitzanosalata, and keftedes(~meatloafs). The portions are generous and they also welcome you with free pita and dipping cheese. Spanakopita was so good, I could have just eaten that as dinner. Meatballs were very tasty and juicy, they seem to use high quality ingredients. Will definitely come back!!
