People they know were allowed to cut the line. He ordered two chickens and two ducks. His number was 20. I only ordered one chicken, and my number was 18. But I still didn’t get my order. They were already calling number 23 before I spoke up to ask, and only then did they give me my order. There won’t be a next time.
And when I asked, he even said, “Your chicken will take longer.” But clearly other people had already received their chicken. They were simply choosing to lie.

The best chinese bbq food in the city. Either buy the whole duck, chicken or BBQ pork.
Or a ricebox with duck/ pork bbq over rice.
Most of the workers speak Chinese though. Only one can speak English.

This is probably the best roast duck you can get in the area. I went on Thanksgiving and there were about 60 people in line waiting to get some of their duck and other BBQ meats. The quality of the duck is great and it is super flavorful. Def go give it a try!!

This place is just about the duck, chicken and char sui — and they do those things brilliantly.

I’ve proven I don’t have an iota of anger in me and they’re angrily serving me food ruining my appetite deliberately. I’ve been nice to you. Gonna give this one more chance.

Tried roasted squab for the first time, and it was surprisingly tasty! It had a very interesting texture, incredibly similar to liver. If you like liver, you’ll like this. It’s worth a try!
I also had the sesame rice balls for dessert, and they were really good - would recommend!
I wouldn’t go out of my way for anything here, but it’s not worth going out of your way if you’re already here.
Oh, and the general tso was really good, 8 out of 10.

I’ve been coming here since I was a broke college student 15 years ago. I’ve since moved back to my home country but I still come here a couple of times a year and never miss getting a meal from Ming Kee. The soy sauce chicken and duck are great and the unassuming blanched lettuce really rounds up the entire meal. I live in Asia and still think this is pretty up there compared to other siu lap places I’ve been to.

The honey-glazed barbecued pork is very delicious. The roast duck has a strong duck flavor and the skin is fat and goes well with rice.
