Saw this new place when walking around Irving and was interested by the Shandong Multigrain pancakes they had signs for. We ordered take out and were able to watch them cook it in front of us as well as saw them making the potstickers they served too. Meat Multigrain Pancake - I recommend eating it right when it is fresh off the stove so that it is super crispy. Got the wheat gluten noodles and vegetarian boiled dumplings. The wheat gluten side dish was so good we ordered an a la carte to-go order for my next meal. Noodles were smooth "waht" and bouncy - Mom and I both agreed. Dumplings could have been cooked less but I'm happy to see some tasty vegetarian options. Wish they had the fried bun in vegetarian option! A gal can dream. Service is really friendly too. Recommend!

I wanted some dumplings and ended up on Irving Street. I wanted to try some mini dumplings, especially on a rainy day. I walked and was greeted right away with a menu. The place has an area for sitting down, and I see people enjoying the noodles. My order was to go, but they offered me an empty table to sit at with tea while waiting. The taste of the mini dumplings is fresh.
