Uninformed customers like myself then go on and add yet another tip onto that. So shady! Seriously frustrating they dupe the clients like this. I would suggest avoiding this restaurant on principle! They aren’t transparent with the customers so what else are they applying this philosophy toward? The food? Cleanliness? Would rather spend my money and time at an establishment that is above board and can be trusted.

Awesome fresh, made-to-order bowls. Enjoyed the carrot ginger drink with my meal. It does cost ~$25 with the crispy cauliflower add-on so not exactly fast food prices but totally enjoyed it.

Really sizable salads from a healthier-oriented fast causal chain. I liked the Mixt Cobb swapping Feta for Blue cheese.They also have free water by the utensils.

Huge variety of salad toppings make this place great for any night of the week. Also, their employees are great. I left my drink on the counter just before closing time and one of the employees ran a block to return it to me. Great place to grab a bite and their customer service is amazing! Oh, and the toffee cookie is so delicious!

Update [11/12]: Revisited this location and received great customer service this time around. Shout out to the crew member who served me - he was friendly and very helpful. thank you!Update[11/7]: Customer service reached out and was great at acknowledging and addressing what had happened. I am willing to give this store another shot and will update this review when I revisit.original post [11/5]:I never write reviews but this experience was awful I need to share.I ordered through Pick Up and when I arrived was greeted by Yasmin (or Jasmin?) who was cold and unfriendly. As I was about to eat my salad (never ate it), realized a substantial amount of mixt greens were wilted/gone bad. I waited in line ( they were busy serving others) and when it was my turn, asked if I could have a base that's fresh.She was very reluctant and rather than making a new salad, she put a meager portion of kale (1/2 of the original size) into a new bowl and started to transport the toppings from my original salad (which were now somewhat mixed) into the new container.Given my new base was tiny AND my toppings weren't all transferred to the new bowl before she handed me the "finished" salad, I used my fork to move some of the remaining toppings from the old bowl to the new one in front of her over the counter. She stopped rudely and said I couldn't do that implying I was trying to move the original salad base over (why would I?!! the leaves are bad). I explained myself yet she was extremely disrespectful and said " I don't care you can't do that". She kept on repeating she didn't care. Her insinuations were beyond rude and her attitude was shocking. I was appalled.I was taken aback by all that happened and asked if I could speak to the store mgr and was told he/she wont be back until next week (who know's if that's true)I frequently come here and this is not how you treat customers. Every customer deserves respect. There are ways to communicate the same point without being rude. I would hope she learns what good customer service means one day

Felt like something healthy so had a sarnie for dinner.What can I say, Fresh fresh fresh! The apples in my sandwich was chopped in front of me and it was crunchy-licious.
