I order from here ALL THE TIME, best salads in the city for a quick lunch during work. I'm not a big fan of their warm bowls but their build your owns are a go-to for my salad choices.

Didn't make me sick. However, the salad was mostly lettuce, was not as good as one I could make at home, and it cost nearly $20. Also, the dressing had sugar in it. Lame.

Horrible! I still have yet to receive my refund for being overcharged $2.50 for a salad that the employee incorrectly charged me for, because the employee barely spoke English.

Quality down. Way down. Had a salad today. Ingredients were old and not as before. Portions of the ingredients were reduced from prior practice. The person taking my order was not trained to speak and understand English as required to deal with routine requests and comments by customers. The protein added to the dish was old and poorly prepared. It was also unreasonably expensive. Not to return. No wonder the place was empty.

Great salads, which are perfect during my lunch break, since I work nearby. Jenny does a great job, and she's always friendly. The ingredients are always fresh. I like the salads with chicken. Thanks for helping me eat healthy!

UGH. It pains me to hate on a downtown salad trough location because its already so basic. Expectations should not be high regardless. But this place is so underwhelming. This is my 3rd time to this location and its my last. I kept hoping I had a bad batch but I've concluded its just bad. Reasons: its expensive, the lettuce and incredients are usually wet so your salad is usually wet and soggy, the bowls are just not good. The rice is hard. Ugh I cant.

Really disappointed in this location. The cashier was friendly but I ordered the Cowboy (without chicken) and the toppings were barely there. Not just sparse. Could count the shreds of cheese practically. A few beans. Way too many bell peppers and the dressing was watery. Not sure if these are franchises but I won't be back to this location.

Healthy and fast, absolutely. Bachelor salad is satisfying and very yummy. Anytime during the work lunch hour I'd get this.

My wife and I went to Mixt for a late lunch at 2pm. When I ordered our food, the member of staff didn’t understand that I wanted two salads and also started to make the wrong salad. Overall I had to explain things several times which surprised me greatly even though I have spoken English all my life! The food was very nice, however my wife ordered a salad with chicken and it had none in. The idea is fantastic but I would not return due to the poor service that we received.

I sorta just stumbled upon this place during my lunch, I was starving and I had some work to get done. I got the Peachy and I'm not taking about those booty gains haha I got the peachy salad which is a seasonal salad it's great but they hooked it up a lil too much on the salad dressing, next time I'm opting for it on the side. They have a huge array of veggies to add on, you can also pick from some of their great creations,like the Peachy, it's really delicious, peaches are really nice and soft, served with mixed greens, carrots, croutons, the elote is crunchy and savory I'd totally come back and get another great creation!!

Went into Mixt last minute and ordered a Mixt Cesar. There was a maggot in my salad so I went back to the store immediately and they told me to take a picture of the maggot and email the company for a refund. I haven't eaten since - so disgusting.

*slow clap* I've been to various Mixt locations and usually order the same salad every time (the Orchard). Not only was the Orchard here the WORST I've had, it also was the most expensive. Topped with the worst customer service I've ever seen. Do you know how bad you have to be that the OAKLAND location puts you to shame? Mixt Management, come get your store.
