Mocha offers such omelettes and other breakfast products at affordable prices (Topic) The cafeteria is inside the California State Office Building, so you need to sign in at the main entrance and get a visitor sticker badge. Mocha offers omelets and other breakfast items at very low prices.

Diner style food. It's a somewhat drab little place as it's on an old building, but don't be fooled. The food is always good. The staff are nice and they try to get you in and out quickly. They deal with mostly breakfast and lunch crowds. They also throw in daily specials to keep it fresh.

Awesome kitty cafe. The kitty mom's were very nice and accommodating. Most of the furbabies we're mellow and not vocal. Clean and very comfortable for furbabies and hoomans. Visit and adopt if able

I come here for coffee in the mornings. If you come before 8am, they have a special discount off regular drinks, which is great. The staff is very nice and friendly. The gentleman that manages the kitchen and register in the mornings is very polite and recognizes all the regular customers. One time I overpaid for the coffees in the morning rush and he remembered, since I also went there for lunch...so I got my sandwich comp'ed, which was awesome. Decent food and plenty of tables for seating as well. I will definitely be back.

The service here is very attentive. I just wish the food matched because this is a convenient workplace location. Don't order the French dip. It comes with cheese and something more like water. I will try one more time. The menu has an interesting mix, some of it doesn't make sense. The room is cafeteria like, I think that stems from being in a federal or state building. For some odd reason you need to sign in and get a tag. Not sure what they are protecting since you aren't going past the turnstiles that leads into the building.

My first time at Mochas, and I'm glad I found this hidden gem! I work close by and there isn't a ton of food options around, especially reasonable food! My coworker told me about Mocha's and said I had to try it. He told me it was tucked away inside a state building, so that helped me find it. When you walk in the building, you have to check in at the front desk and tell them you're there to visit Mochas. They give you a visitor pass and direct you to the cafe. When I found Mochas, they had a TON of seating, cafeteria style so it's really casual and laid back. The staff here is super friendly and you can't beat the prices. I ordered the deviled egg sandwich and got fruit as my side (trying to cut some calories before thanksgiving ) The sandwich was huge, great portions! The fruit was okay, could have been fresher but no complaints for the price. I would definitely come back!

Casual and comfortable! Very casual. Cafeteria style ordering and serving. If you dine in, youre given a number and staff will bring it to you. Wonderful large menu. Soups, sandwiches, breakfast burrito, cookies, coffee, teas. Friendly employees. I love coming for a low key meal or a quiet place to eat and get away from it all (: Can phone in your order for pickup as well then pick it up at the cashier.

I like this place. So much so that I almost didn't want to write a review and ruin it by telling everyone how good it is. The breakfast food here is solid. Prices are reasonable and service is pretty quick. It's not a fancy establishment, but hungry on a Tuesday morning at 8am... I really don't care. There's a part of me that feels like I leave SF for a minute when I'm there in the early morning. It's me, the kitchen staff, and like 10 other people in a HUGE cafeteria. I sit by the window and watch the world go by while hearing only silverware clinking, some light 80s music coming from somewhere, and a car driving by if its loud. I'm kinda claustrophobic and eating somewhere where there isn't 1 person per square foot is great. Give it a chance. If you're a simple person who enjoys a nice breakfast and personal space you'll like what you find. But if you can avoid all going when I do that would be great. Thanks.

The food is inexpensive for the area and served in generous portions. The breakfasts and salads are solid. Huge. Haven't tried the Mexican specials. Sandwiches are just OK but filling. Service is very friendly. A great option when near City Hall.
