I went there for the labor day 3 course special which had a limited selections for a good price. unfortunately they were out of the Waygu baseball cut meat selection which was one of the three entrees offered. They should have substituted with another similar selection instead of forcing me to take from the remaining limited sections
When ordering shared dishes, we believe that the waiter or kitchen should divide up rather than drop it on the table and have us divide. This is equivalent to bringing a box for take home rather than package it in the kitchen.
It was a special dinner. But being the Saturday of a Labor Day weekend, I knew they didn't have full staff. I anticipated slow service. We started the evening with a not so welcoming greeting by the host. Then, followed by a 25-minutes to get our water, then after an hour, we got our food. I ordered medium rare on both Rack of Lamb and Prime Ribeye, anticipating that because they serve these in a hot plate that the steak will sit there for a long time. Well, Ribeye came out...
