Sesame chicken was good. Twice cooked pork was fine, would have been better with thick cut pork belly. It was basically just bacon with too-mild szechuan sauce and some sauteed peppers. The honey walnut prawns were good but for $2 upcharge I only got 3 total, very small portion. Marinated egg, yolk was overdone and chalky but marinade flavor was good. Overall okay, would go back but wouldnt bring a date/family there to show it off.

Bad dining experience - restaurant was understaffed and the only server during the dinner rush was unaccommodating and a bit rude (though I’m sure he was doing his best). Our vegetarian order was messed up, we were told to wait longer while it was remade, then the kitchen canceled it and we were told we never put in an order at all / it was our fault and needed to reorder (so we paid and left). The first dry pot we ordered was decent, but the overall staffing and customer service can be improved.
Vegetarian options: Would not recommend dry and hot pots for vegetarians. While there are vegetarian options on the menu, the dry pot and hot pot ordering method is not vegetarian friendly. Waiter told us we could order a vegetarian meal through adding a comment to the order, but the meal came out with meat and he was un-accommodating to fix it and told me that the dry pots “are not supposed to be vegetarian”. Menu is inflexible and customer service was really lacking.

Ordered Uber eats. Got the bogo chow mein combo. And wonton soup. The chow mein was super greasy and oily. And it wasn’t a combo. It was all chicken, no beef or pork! I had to use a strainer to drain all the oil it was swimming in. See photo. The soup came cold and the wontons tasted old and rotten. When I finally made the soup hot it tasted like sewer water. I tossed it. What a waste of money! Never again and highly do not recommend this place for delivery.

There's so much better food on taraval...the staff was rude, and they leave the sidewalk next to their restaurant disgusting with grease and trash everywhere.

we got the super dry pot and soup dumplings; everything was tasty but not great quality for the price ($50 for two people).
soup dumplings were obviously from frozen and the dry pot was quite greasy. stingy portions for the value
low service rating only because tip options started at 18%; felt too high since you order using a QR code and they just bring out the food
would not recommend really

Little Hot Pot (Ma La Tang) picture vs actual pot. The actual pot is small and pricey. Picture on the menu/poster is so confusing.

food is great. dry hotpot was very tasty. get the fish in it - it's delicious
subtracting out one star because of the poor service (we basically served ourselves) and the deceptive tipping practice (suggesting tip amounts based on post tax amounts)

Good food that is conveniently open very late at night. Their beef noodle soup was okay as it was a bit bland, but if you're looking for something light, it might be for you. Their boba was surprisingly decent for being a restaurant and would highly recommend.

We went here after reading all the good reviews! But we’re extremely disappointed. We wanted help ordering food but no one came until I went to the counter and asked for help! The food was below average. The wontons were cold and the spicy chicken was laden in a big basket of sichuan pepper. It seemed we paid $17 bucks for sichuan pepper and some tiny chicken nuggets. In the end server came expecting a tip of 20% with absolutely no service!

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes before someone came to our table. Very rude
The food is always amazing here and the service is really fast even when they’re busy. Will continue to come back every time we’re in the area. So good we forgot to take full food pics—dove right in.
