The Mrs. Fields itself is nice enough. The first minutes of parking is free and it's close enough to the pier and Mrs. Fields that it's much than trying to find street Mrs. Fields.

Yes, I know their food is not exactly cheap, but I love their Chocolate Chip Brownies! I love them so much that I usually buy 2 of them! They are so moist and delicious! I usually come here while I am shopping at Westfield Mall and need a quick pick me up.

I ordered the 24 nibblers. I got pretty bad shaped cookies (not proportional and weirdly formed). The cookies are still good but a bit too sweet. Lastly, the girl at the register had a poor attitude.

I feel like I am in the "Wizard of Oz" movie. You know the part in the movie when the which says "I am melting"! I can't resist Mrs. Field's Cookies. I melt every time I drive or walk past one of the stores. Her cookies are so incredible or should I say edible. I try not to eat more than 4 at a time. I get a chocolate over load if I eat more than four. Now I can wait about an hour W: They are non fat cookies in my mind. I challenge anyone to convince me otherwise.

I do not like Mrs. Fields Cookies. To me, they are low-quality and pricey. But my friend loves their cookie cakes, and so I ordered one for her for her birthday. I called this location, placed my order by phone, and got great customer service. The cake was ready when I went to pick it up, and looked exactly like I'd requested it look. It cost $38 plus tax, which is waaaaay more expensive than it should be, but like I said, this is what my friend wanted for her birthday cake. The frosting tastes disgusting on these cakes, I wouldn't bother eating it! My other guests apparently agreed, because they all scraped it to the side before they ate their slices of cookie. Would I shop here again? Only if I was getting something for someone who loves Mrs. Fields. And I'd be happy to do so, because like I said, the customer service was great!
Needed a quick, last minute present for a friend celebrating a non-existent holiday, Hearth Day, September 15. Based on a picture on my phone of a Hearth Day monster she made of recycled materials and dryer lint, the good-natured staff at this Mrs. Fields in the San Francisco Center was able to recreate a pretty good likeness of said monster. On a giant chocolate chip cookie. In less than 10 minutes. They must have thought I was loony tunes, but remained professional and helpful throughout the entire transaction. Thumbs up guys--awesome work and gift was a success!

The counter staff are friendly, but the cookies are consistently underbaked and a bit gummy in texture. This is not a cookie worth $2.25.

The Cinnamon Sugar and Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies are delicious - I enjoyed it. Staff member on duty was friendly which was a good thing. Positive first time experience so I'll definitely be back.
