Be warned the lady demanded us to each order individually and forbid sharing. However we see other table sharing dessert.
Be prepared for unfair treatment when coming here.

Came in with 4 people and ordered 2 desserts. Waitress said we needed to fulfill an order minimum of $28 total. This was nowhere to be found posted anywhere and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I don’t think there should requirements for a dessert establishment if they aren’t posted in advance. Otherwise, the food was ok but the place wasn’t fancy or that nice.

Came for dessert; there were three of us, and they didn’t let us choose a table near the window because it was “for five people only,” even though the place was quite empty. We didn’t like the service either. The atmosphere was okay, but water was served in cheap plastic cups and coffee in takeaway cups. The dessert was tasty. Overall, it felt quite overpriced for the quality you get.

They charge fees for Take out and credit card (I wasn’t communicated) but food is ok. Coconut sticky rice is good but mango is very mediocre
Ordered the green tea banana pudding. Was it worth the price. Was just bananas with whipped cream and matcha

The Thai Tea toast is literally so incredible! Usually, my cravings get satisfied when I eat something, but with Na Ya desserts, they get revived because I remember what I had been missing

Tasty dessert. We got the Thai tea lava cake. A bit pricier than expected for dessert. Also, bring cash for purchases under $20.

OMG, this is sooooo gewwwdd!!! I tried 3 menus and all of them were sooo great. Not only the dessert was good but also the plating was amazing. The place was small, only few tables were available, so sometimes you have to make a line for a few minutes. But I can tell you that will be worth it.

Terrible customer service. Waitress was extremely rude to me and uttered something racist under her breath

I’ve always liked the desserts here and often recommended this place to my friends, but recently I’ve found it less appealing:
1. The strawberries haven’t tasted very fresh.
2. The staff rush customers to leave. We were waiting for our Lyft when the waitress took away our water bottle—at first I thought she was refilling it, but it turned out she was signaling that we should go. She later asked us to leave if we were done, even though there were empty tables. We eat quickly, and our Lyft was only 6 minutes away, but that didn’t seem to matter.
3. There is no restroom.
The desserts themselves—especially the ice cream toast—are still good, so come here if you’re craving Thai-style dessert. But just know that this is very much a “eat and go” place, not somewhere you can relax and linger.

I have a horrible experience twice already, staff very rude and our orders was short of ice cream twice. We have to go orders. You guys need to do better since all your food items are very expensive.
Strolled into Naya this evening and discovered one of the best spots to get an awesome dessert when you’re looking for something more than a scoop of ice cream. Service was amazing, such great staff with fantastic recommendations. 10/10 and excited to try the Thai Tea Mille Crepe Cake next time!
